As we begin the new year, the System would like to provide important updates and reminders for all members regarding year-end documents, account access, and beneficiary information. The details below outline what you can expect and how to access your records through your MemberDirect
account.

Retired Members:
Your IRS 1099-R form will be mailed by January 31, 2026, to the address on file with the System. It will also be available by that date in your MemberDirect
account at https://md.ausprs.org/.
Information regarding health insurance premiums paid throughout the year can be found on your December pay stub under “Benefit Payment History "by selecting “View Receipt.” The downloaded receipt will provide the Year-to-Date totals for each deduction.
PROP Members:
PROP members may currently view their account balance through their MemberDirect
account at https://md.ausprs.org/ under “PROP Account Summary”.
In addition, a formal PROP Statement will also be available by January 31, 2026, through your MemberDirect
account at https://md.ausprs.org/ under “Statements”.
Active Members:
Active members may currently view their balance under “Account Summary” in the “Contribution’ section of your MemberDirect account at https://md.ausprs.org/.

Forward DROP:

As a reminder, we encourage all members to take a moment to review their designated beneficiaries and update any changes to their beneficiary elections to ensure your records remain accurate.
